Privacy Policy

Flying Santa: Sleigh Shooter is a game for players of all ages. On Google Play it is published by FuryForm, and on the App Store by Varavut Lormongkol. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean the publisher. This policy explains what information the game uses and where it goes. If you have any question, write to [email protected].
The short version
- We do not collect any information. The game never sends anything to us or to anyone else.
- There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking. The game has no advertising or analytics software in it and does not use the device’s advertising ID.
- There is no account, no sign-in, no chat and no sharing.
- The game plays offline, and everything it saves stays on the device.
Information that stays on the device
The game stores progress, candy canes, workshop upgrades, unlocked sleighs, achievements, best scores, the daily challenge board and settings in the app’s own storage on the device. None of it is sent anywhere. Deleting the app erases it.
Purchases
Every sleigh you can earn in the game is free. Three supporter sleighs are optional one-time purchases. A grown-up has to answer a question before any purchase or restore can start. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store, under their own privacy policies. We never see payment details or who bought what. The store only tells the game on your device which sleighs are owned, so it can unlock them.
Permissions
The game uses vibration for haptic feedback, which can be turned off in Settings. On Android it also has the standard internet permission that the app framework includes, which Google Play’s billing uses for purchases. The game itself loads nothing from the internet.
Children’s privacy
Flying Santa is suitable for children. Because the game collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children. Purchases are behind a grown-up check.
Your choices and rights
Since we hold no information about you, there is nothing for us to show, correct or delete. All game data is on your device and is removed when you delete the app. Depending on where you live, laws such as Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) or the EU’s GDPR give you rights over personal data. Contact us if you have any question about them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top. If a future version of the game starts sending any information, we will update this policy and say so in the store listing before that version is released.
